2024-25 Sticks and Speed

Sticks and Speed will have one key goal: Player development. This is your opportunity to work on your skills, improve your game and realize your potential. This session is all about making YOU better at lacrosse.

Coached by HPU Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach Lyndsey Boswell, Whitney Michele (former HPU coach, former UMass coach, former Michigan coach), HPU Assistant Coach Taylor Moncman and current HPU players. Athletes will be challenged each week in the most positive and fun ways possible. These coaches have years of experience and training and will test each athlete to develop their fundamental skills to the highest level.

• 6 sessions of fundamental lacrosse stick skills and speed training
• Focus on player development

These clinics are focused on individual skill work. All ages welcome.
